Aging Ebay Accounts
 

is just opening an ebay account and letting it sit for about a month or so then upgrading your ebay account to sellers manage payments a good idea.. or will ebay close your account if you don't upgrade to a sellers account with manage payments

Try selling after a week and see if they still take PP on your acc.

Do that first.

Not worried about the pp aspect I just wanna age the ebay accounts in general and then add manage payments after 2 months but I was wondering do they suspend your account after a certain time if you don't enroll in advantage

No, but it's pointless to wait that long.

There is no way to sell on ebay without being enrolled in Managed payments - no matter how long you age them.
And no you can opt to enter the SSN/DOB info for MP till after your first sale and then wait to do that first sale a few months later - but once you do make that sale there is no way around having to provide them with the SSN info and banking info if you wish to continue selling.

opening a seller account just to let it age before you use it does nothing. Stealth is another word for identity theft. The whole point of a "stealth account" is to appear like a new seller that just registered today. These new sellers don't sign up and let it sit there without at least trying to list something. The only way sitting an account could benefit you is if you do some shopping , build some feedback before you start.
