if i change the Ip address on my router will the other wifi users ebay buyer accounts get my stealth account suspended? if so, How do VPN's that share ip addresses with so many users not get you banned right away?

If they are used or shared they are linked yes.

You buy the fresh and dedicated VPN so this doesn't happen.
