Issue verifying details payout on hold
 

I sold some items on eBay and now they ask me to “update account details” and cannot get my payout untill I submit id is there a way to bypass or somewhere to buy a photos needed.I’d/passport/driving license.

Only real docs and real / highend emi bank will work.

just add your real details , send in your ID and add a high street bank

in this case you will be unblocked quickly , probably within an hour

if you try stealth you can kiss your account and balance goodbye

it is all about the level of abuse , the best bank is a bank which has a strong verification , does credit checks and does not accept non-residents

ebay have been actively blocking accounts withdrawing to banks easily accessible by everyone without any serious verification

They can block them anyways. OP, if the funds are not a lot, just leave the account as is or try stealth.

if they receive their real details and make a credit check it is likely they will be reinstated

The issue here is that this account in the eyes of ebay already attempted to scam. Think that if they are going to use real details, atleast be a new account without strikes and red flags.
Also right now ebay bans like crazy for nothing. It is better their real account not to burn so soon. Later when things are calmer is better.
