- - 2 Questions

#1 - What do I do if I was banned from eBay and I purchased a stealth account that has another person's info tied to it and eBay asks me to verify my identity by sending them pictures of my driver’s license, SSN, etc?
#2 - Will eBay still place holds on my funds even if I purchased a high limit account and even if they now give you the option to receive daily payouts? |

Regardless of the name and address on the stealth account that you purchase, you will need to add your real details into MP sign-up to be able to sell.
The information you'll need to give them is your real name, DOB and SSN. You'll need to link your real bank account during the process. Don't change anything else for a while (stealth name, stealth address, email, etc)
Although Ebay banned you in the past, you should have no problems because:
Ebay never had your SSN, DOB and bank account details, PayPal did!...and never supplied Ebay with this. The only thing they had was your name, email and home address, IP and cookies/browser data.
Since your purchased stealth account has all new details, phone number, email, address, etc Ebay cannot link. Be sure to use residential IP and a new user account not used on Ebay (just like stealth) and you're in business.

MP does not hold money on solid verified accounts. Using your real details (they check) and linking a real bank account during sign-up (they check) will make your account solid as they know who you are.
If they ever hold money or ask for ID, you've done something wrong during enrollment, or you're selling high risk ⊗⊗⊗⊗ crap. |

Re: 2 Questions Steve has nicely summed it for you OP |

Just one thing I noticed after doing some investigation by looking at the stealth account's info in the account settings, it seems that eBay actually does keep your SSN on file with them because it's showing the last 2 digits of SSN associated with the previous user of the stealth account. I'm just afraid that if eBay asks me to verify the SSN in the future, I won't be able to. |
