Will using grandparent address in another state work for new account all in my name?
 

So I was using a family member's eBay account on this computer and IP address. Used my phone's data from after a certain date because they logged into an old account to see why I was banned(as if eBay gives back banned accounts lol). I logged into the account via mobile data twice maybe 3-4 times. Now I'm wondering if I make another account with my name(with 7 billion people on Earth, people are gonna have similar names), bank account, phone number, address, and SSN(Ebay never asked for SSN when I was using Ebay with my accounts so they don't have that to link me, the only thing they can link me with is IP address and phone number). I can go out and get a PO box but can I simply use my grandparent' s address in NC(I live in GA, which is like 5 and a half hours away/315 or so miles) or does it have to be within a certain amount of miles. Also I heard that mobile data IP address changes every session so I thought it was safe for me to set the new account up now but is it actually that simple? Just a different phone and using data(either through the sim being in that phone directly or via mobile tethering)?. Also thank you for your help(if you decide to help)

If the acct is on his name youll need to use his SSN.
The address itself is the easiest part of it - you can use a PO box just as easily as a family member's real address - it makes no difference.
Wireless data is probably your best IP solution - be sure to record and log all the IPs being used.

No its their address but it's my info(name, ssn etc). To be clear though, me being in GA and using her address in NC won't be a problem with Ebay?
