Did you use the same I.D as another account ?
No ID required had two options. Option 1 was verify my bank account through trustly so use online banking info the reason why i struggled to receive code was because I had 2 phone numbers on my nationwide account so code was being sent to wrong number. You need to make sure name and date of birth is same as bank account it doesn’t matter if address is different.
Option 2 was manually enter my account number and sort code but this option you would need to wait to be verified and they can ask for bank statement so option 1 through trustly online banking was better option for me.
