hello world, I have many Eu eBay account, and I have a problem with the management payment, I had use Payoneer before. but after the eBay update it's doesn't support CitiBank anymore.
my question is: is there any solution for that issue?
am from morocco, I tried open revult and N26 but they ask me for a passport in the verification step.

true stealth is only possible with payoneer , with adyen it will not be working. they do not just verify identity and do credit checks but they also limit which banks can be used so that non-residents are mostly not able to obtain bank accounts that could work with adyen. and those accounts that still work may stop working anytime if they are not from a safe provider
