Ways to send automatic messages to buyers

Besides paying like 15 dollars a month on each account does anyone know of a way to send automatic messages to buyers on Ebay?

Is there any sort of API or python script or something that will do this?

I used to use xsellco, you can reply to all msgs on it too, but not sure how great it is it now.

like two years ago, was great, can link any ecommerce channel and reply directly to customers without logging in or getting linked. was a little pricey per month but great if you need to save time.
