We limit the number of items purchased per account
 

Hello.
2 weeks ago I created an account, confirmed my email, added a card for payment. I had to buy a couple of things today. When I clicked on the Buy it now button, a message appeared:

To help protect your account, we limit the amount of items purchased by a single account at any one time.
This buying limit is temporary. You can come back soon and buy more items.
Protect your eBay Account: eBay will never ask you to enter your personal information - such as credit card number, password, or other - in an email.

I did not add any other products to the cart. The money was not debited, but there is no order anywhere, neither paid nor unpaid. Has anyone encountered this?

Привет)) Иногда такое бывает для новых аккаунтов. Просто попробуй на следующий день.

В моем аккаунте мобильный телефон не подтвержден - может быть в этом причина?

@sgolinko You need to call eBay and have them fix this, it happens maybe you have purchase some items in the past and did not make payment then your account is blocked from bidding. I had this once I called them to fix this.
