Anyone else getting this message? I have an old account and just converted it to MP and made a listing and got this message. Should I be worried at all?



"Your payouts have been temporarily placed on hold while we review some details. Please allow up to 5 days for this review to take place.

You'll be notified if we need further information. If there are no further concerns, your payouts will be unblocked.

This temporary block will not impact your regular operations (listings/selling).

Few posts on this recently. Usually no cause for concern and lifts within 5 days, but do not sell during this time. Occasionally, it preempts a more serious restriction, such as MC011s or soft restrictions such as requests for ID to verify identity

Is this just after 1 listing or after multiple sales?

I've been seeing people in the forum getting hit more by this lately

One of our legitimate mp accounts now has this, have had it before on another account, just waited it out and all was ok.

Had the same lock on one of my accounts and it was released within hours.

Just got hit with it a few hours ago after 12 previous payouts (weekly).
13 a golden number?

there is no golden number , it may happen anytime , especially if large turnover was accumulated

I really don't understand this hold at all. I have an account that hadn't sold anything in a week and then randomly got this notification

Payouts were still pending for some sales though before I had gotten it, so I wonder if its a payment threshold thing. For new accounts.

I just went through it, and I do think it is random. Mine lasted about 24 hours, then the red bar turned black. Just some friendly info on what I went through.

Put all your listings out of stock until they resolve this s**t.
99% Of the time when they do this it's a first step to an MC013.
Avoid getting your money locked in the account. Just don't sell until it's resolved by them.
