When Will ebay respond to MC011?
 

Hi Everyone,

my ebay stealth account got an MC011 on Oct 13th and i just now got the documents uploaded on Oct 28th, I have heard nothing from eBay since, what's the best way to get them to reinstate my account?

Regular response time is 24-72 hours, weekends excluded. Some exclusions, I've received same day responses and responses after the 3rd day.

What was the reason for your MC011?

all the email said was "we wanted additional information about my business model before permitting additional sales. said it didn't mean i did anything wrong, we want a chance to verify information about your business to give eBay and your customers increased confidence.

I advise you to contact an eBay representative online. The account will be reinstated after some questions. I just succeeded on 30th Oct. But be careful and don't list too many items. it may be suspended again.

MC011, 99% chance of not getting the account back. Move on to the next account.

did no good they suspended the account before i even got a chance to chat with someone. i swear they are crooks!

I'll be glad when i get my website finished, won't have to worry about getting suspended

Taking 15 days to respond to their request was probably seen as suspicious. US stealth accounts are a thing of the past and not even worth trying to work with anymore due to the inevitable suspension and ensuing headache. Business accounts are still an option if you're ok with giving eBay real information.

Private websites are an option but it's probably going to take you a decade or more, and tons of $ spent on SEO, to get anywhere near the daily traffic you'd be able to get on eBay.

One of my accounts that got MC011 I added documents and was reinstated within the same day and I’m going through an MC011 at the moment and each time eBay reply for more documents it’s taking eBay 3 days to reply hopefully added the last lot of do documents thay need so fingers crossed only ever had 1 account come back from MC011

This account I’m doing now has asked for

Photo ID passport or Driving license
Tracking on all items sold
Proof of ownership off all items listed ie invoices
Proof of business incorporation
Proof of address
And also ask me to provide bank statements showing the transactions of the invoices .

Do you have all of this in the xxxx details if not you will have to make them or get someone to do them but to be fair with the small chance of actually getting the account back it probably would be cheaper to get a new stealth

i gave eBay all this info, had someone make documents for me for $75 did no good, the good news is i contacted eBay about my funds on hold and they said to contact them back on Nov 30th and they would escalate my account to get the funds released to me, I am jusy going to buy 3 more ebay accounts and go from there kind of keep the sales slow on each account

With managed payments I think it’s best to keep the sales low at first otherwise your get mc011 and block your payment. With the old PayPal payments I used to get accounts and list 10k value and make 5k before the account was shut down 2 weeks then I could get the money out of PayPal . Now that’s a thing of the past
