Hi guys

I know this has probably been asked a lot before but I can't find a consensus.

What is better for a pre existing ebay uk stealth account I purchased

"Fresh" UK VPN

or

Residential Proxy

I can't use mobile tethering or anything like that as I am currently outside the UK

Fresh Dedicated VPN for existing is good enough.
