With ebays approval they can be sold in any approved format in any category they also pre-approve.
Without approval legitimate offerings can only be sold in Everything Else > Information Products.
Ignore rsot, you do not need to provide proof of delivery by way of shipment tracking, that is ridiculous. As you are probably aware, if someone claims non-receipt they will be refused by ebay but they can make a claim with, say, paypal or a chargeback which they will probably win but that goes with the digitally delivered goods market I guess. |
