HI My US account is required to upload id. Does uploading SSN photos work?

In addition, I sold second-hand items, but eBay asked me to provide a receipt. Is there a way to solve it? thanks

I am wondering how do you get payment? buyer send to your friend's bank account since now is managed payment.
