if account suspended, can seller still get his payment?
 

let say I have an account and I sell items for 200 dollars, I get paid and ship the items, everything is ok.
Then my account gets pernenmant suspended with the money in it.

Could I still get my money? it will be really ugly if ebay keeps it because I now have sold my things , the money belongs to me.

I got mine back on my original account. I think you can get yours.
On my stealth accounts I usually set it on daily payments so if it gets suspended, there's very little for them to keep and I'll cancle all awaiting shippng, close bank account and move along.

And it depends on the kind of suspension. I'd be prepared for a 90 day hold

i have got few after 60 days but you need to make sure bank is added and confirmed with micro deposit.

most likely your suspension is due the first item.

From my experience i can say that ebay always pays out the money. they often say that they will held it indefently but in fact it is always paid out. from expereince 75-90 days (they say 60-72 but i never got it before 72 days)

So far i got at least 20 accounts paid out and no accounts older than 3 month which are not paid out

were you drop shipping items and marking at higher prices? Or we4re they physical items you had? if you don't mind me asking?

I do both, but 95% of the time I ship it from my own house. Only when I ran out of supplies and new shipments have not arrive, I'll allocate to drop shipping.

Nope, if I did I would receive an email from eBay right? I'm just making sure since I have not received any email regarding that. Just an email saying my account is suspended.

Also, on the payment page, it says " Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is suspended. You'll start getting paid again when your account is reinstated. But then, there is no way to get reinstated.

No, now they do not give you the money. I had an US account that was limited a few months ago. they refused to release the money to me. They told me to go to the state lost property list to claim my money after 3 years, basically, they just took my fund.

they pay out on verified accounts and on accounts below verification threshold

if verification fails they are legally obliged to refuse payouts
