Changing EIN and/or LLC name
 

We always talk about how its a risk to change the personal name on the account, what if you are rebranding your business and want to change the biz entity name / type / EIN?

Eg changing from LLC -> Corp, name from "John's Sales" to "Mega Deals USA", and EIN from 12345etc to 98765etc

Anyone have any experience doing this? Will this flag your account? Assuming other info, such as personal info, stakeholder, etc, remain constant for the sake of this topic

If you run a respectable ebay shop, it shouldn't. Things change. (not aware of their actual policy, by the way)

Some of the characters we have on here probably shouldn't even consider it, though. lol
