Can't change bank account number on eBay
 

Hi everyone, NEED HELP

I have accs with problem that I've added bank requisits and after some time I became deactivated from that bank and I want to change the bank account on ebay but it needs to know previous bank account number which I don’t know (I just met this problem at the first time)

You honestly have no record or means of retrieving the old number. Really?!?

I mean of retrieving the old number the pay service deactivate account so I couldn’t log in and look my bank details!

You could try reaching out to the pay service for the details - you don't have an e-mail or notification of prior bank account you can reference?

can you add your bank account and make it the primary bank account you want MP to send you your sales proceeds?and leave that old bank account as is.

AMZN has this policy,in order to switch bank account of an AMZN seller account,you must first give them the account number of the existing bank before you can replace it with a new bank account,
One AMZN third party seller has $80K in his account,someone hacked into his AMZN account and transfered $80k to a new bank account ,when he found out,he asked AMZN to tell him which bank account has his money and AMZN refused.
But AMZN started a new rule,before you can switch bank account,prove you are the owner of AMZN account by entering the existing bank account number,this will stop the hacker but not company employee or ex employee

Yes, I've tried to just add another bank account but even in this case ebay asks previous bank account number. =(

so Ebay has the same policy as AMZN.
With Paypal,you can ask them to send you a bank check,now with MP,I dont think you can ,with Paypal you can also use a debit card to withdraw the fund.

Can't you call your bank and ask them to pull up your history?

THey should be able to if you do this asap

banks sent out statements each month,why cant he view it online if he does not receive paper statement?

Because bank deactivate my account so I couldn’t get any info

You should still be able to call the bank and ask them to pull up your deleted info. I’m pretty sure it’s still in there system. If you can’t get that account number that selling account is dead. Ebay treats everyone as if they are a scam artist. They aren’t gonna let you change that bank without the account number

Yeahhh, I've tried it already and 3 of 4 accs gives me details.
