Is it possible to contact the customer service of eBay Germany site by email?

Due to medical reasons, I cannot make call. But eBay Germany site only has the option of telephone contact.
So want to know if they can be contacted by email.

Try to write to another department (UK, US,etc) and ask to connect you to Germany. They should have this information

So youre from China and you plan to write an email to Germany?
Out of curiosity how would you have made a call? are you fluent in German...?
