eBay multiple account restrictions
Hello, first post. Apologies if it's a little vague and all over the place... I don't know if I'm in the right area but thought I'd give it a shot.... I haven't ever been suspended but I do have 2, 20 year old ebay accounts that have been hit with a rash of policy violations in the last few months. One is currently at a 10 day restriction, the other 7. I'm assuming someone in their mystery "back office department" would like to see me gone. I've been selling the same kinds of items for years (thousands of sales) without many issues. I have politely challenged and appealed these "violations" and of course these days, nothing ever happens. I did have one trouble spot years ago and was able to (after getting the right rep on the phone) have the violations removed. Policy violations used to roll off in 90 days, now it seems to be much longer. Does anyone know of anyone that can take care of this kind of stuff? Remove/roll violations off of accounts? Aside from letting the accounts sit and cool off for months (which would obviously hit me hard financially) any suggestions? Thanks for your time. |
