I realized that I haven't registered as a seller yet
 

But I have sold several items, got paid and shipped.
It is showing that I will be able to get payout after 2 weeks.

Now I realized that I have never registered seller account..
I added bank account but didn't get any notice on verification.

Last week I came to a page showing that I would need to add my passport number which I filled in soon after.

Just now I read on ebay help page that you need to register seller account, send in identity documents & adress proof, also verify bank account.

But I never get any messages asking me to do that. But I did sell several items.

Is it possible that you don't need to verify identity and bank account as a seller?

You must have been selling with PayPal before and never signed up with Managed Payments. As soon as you sell something now and get paid with management payments. You have exactly 30 days to verify your identity and verify bank account. I have not found away around managed payments.

Huh? Is this a new account or an old one with Paypal attached?

Let's wait and see after 2 weeks, if they disburse to your bank, then great.
