Scammers how to reclaim your item
 

How do you get your stuff back if a scammer was sent the product then opened a case claiming they never received it? Kept their cash and the iPhone. eBay said it won in their favor…. It’s been months now can I get to him? I even called the police in his community they said I had to go to my local police sheesh.

u can use shipment tracking if status-completed you maybe will win the claim.

You may have to appeal it. I’m not sure how long it’s been though. I don’t know eBay time frame on appeals. But if you can show it’s delivered you should be fine

Small claims court. Doesnt cost a lot to open a case and it's usually enough to scare them into paying you back.

Looks like it's time for legal action.

On what grounds did you lose the claim? Were you unable to supply tracking/delivery confirmation? Was it signed for or not?

if your tracking shows it has been delivered to his address,then you should win.it could be you have delivered to a different address

Small claims court for a buyer potentially thousands of miles away is going to be a lot of work. This isn't the UK where at most your buyer is a couple hundred miles away. It's cheap to file but not to fly to the buyer's town.

Did you ship without tracking or something? If tracking shows delivered it's usually an open and shut case that's found in the sellers favor.

Personally I would put good money before bad money, block the buyer, learn from your mistakes, and forget about it. Other options include : crying about it, packing a baseball bat and visiting the buyer, or doxxing the guy on badbuyerlist.org.
