How to avoid periodic performance review?

Does anyone know how to avoid this payment hold? And what triggers this hold? I haven't received any negative feedback. No cases open or no case have been escalated to ebay. I received one case last month but I closed by refunding the buyer. Its so annoying to wait 5 days for ebay to hold my payment.

I wonder if the source of payment from buyer side might also trigger it - any international buyers lately?

you receive such reviews because you withdraw frequently and receive large amounts , most likely each such amount comes from a small number of transactions so you are considered high risk

No I’m at $7k for the last 3 months. I received a periodic performance review last month and I was at like $4-5k in sales

The message just disappeared as I check my payments tab now I have a scheduled payout date. It started Jan 6 9pm and removed this morning not even 5 days.
