what do you mean by "Clear" ? The name of the provider is clear?

Sure you can try to call in to get it raised but that's always a risky thing to do.

Hi!

I have one question, sorry about the intrusion.
Never had an Ebay account and wanted to know if it would be any problem if the account is set up in another country(EU), different than the country the items are dispatched from(UK)? Its not dropshipping, are these are my items. Not sure about what's allowed and what's not on Ebay.

Depends, did you open with a German address or foreign address?

Did you use a local phone number, or non-local

Did you open a personal or business account

I have used a legit local (IL) personal info + fresh local SIM card and business.
Legit Payoneer Company account same info verify and connected to eBay.
