Is a new User Account enough Or I need a new device?
 

Reading the stealth ebook, it mentions creating a User Account on my old computer for a new eBay account. I heard people saying eBay detects the device's IP and internet IP, it will be better to have a new device. Is it correct?

Or do I just need one computer with multiple User Accounts to operate multiple stealth accounts with different IP addresses via IPBurger?

What if I use the USB Modem with a Prepaid Sim Card for the internet? Will this give me a new IP address?

New Device would be better but new user works. Multiple users for each account is recommended but you can make different instances in Firefox so each account never share the same cookies/cache. Although Same user is not recommended it works for me. And mobile hotspot works great with top cellular companies they give plenty IPs so you’re never using the same one.

New user accounts still work as Roy3805 stated.

New IP address should be provided each time you power down and reinitiate the modem with that sim card

Thanks. The stealth eBook emphasizes on IPBurger a lot which makes me feel sceptical. Will a USB modem do the same job as IPBurger?

A good mobile hotspot will be the better option. But if you want you can buy some fresh dedicated IPs from Ipburger.

new user account and dongle with new IP is best for me
