Transferring Listings from one account to another
 
Does anyone know a way to transfer listings from one account to another?

I did this once with Inkfrog several years ago. Now Inkfrog has changed, is more expensive, and honestly don't want to deal with them again. Is there another way to transfer listings without doing it manually? (Making new listings by hand)

Bonanza will copy your Ebay listings to your Bonanza shope,but not the other way round.
Rubylane will let you drop your listings to ebay but not the other way round

if you are tech savvy,you can download the listings to your device,make the changes and upload them to ebay

By downloading the excel file? Think it's a .csv

would transferring all listings to a different account flag your account and link them?

Vey likely, particularly if you do it via a third party like inkfrog, Auctiva, crazylister etc.
