I’ve used the eBay app on my iphone after getting suspended. Make sure you delete the app and download it again. Turn off all location/tracking settings and clean the photo metadata when you’re listing

eBay app are tricky... they share quite a lot of info with eBay, it is not sufficient to delete and reinstall changing IP and stuff... you need to need to have a brand new phone..

Mobile phones are the best way to create seller accounts now. I create my accounts on mobile browser or eBay app on the same phone I got suspended from. And then manage them on a PC. Creating seller accounts on PC has a higher restriction rate than mobile.
