I think tracfones are problem today Im getting restricted reactivate your account. Maybe bad ips or bad phone numbers. I reset my phone to factory reset.

I just set up personal account on reset phone and posted 1 non risky item for $30. every time reactivate your account on any phone I try to do it. new numbers. calling ebay will reactivate account but after couple of days it get suspended even if nothing is posted. no bank attached even. on 1 account I even sold 4 items and it got suspended after week. Is it ip or phone number or physical phone that was suspended in past i don't know.

No vcc all different addresses nothing that connects them that I can think of. maybe im getting suspended ips I don't know. Is reactivate your account email is normal to call in this days on new accounts?

Doesn't matter. Phone imei is the same and all other info about phone.

I dont use ebay app. It culd be ips or could be phone number or phone it self I will have to get new phone and experiment with that. I the past Before this January everything worked fine.
