Using someone's name
 

So if I wanna use someone else's name and address what's the best way to go about it without getting detected by eBay eBay any pointers are appreciated

It’s easy as long as you and that person has a strong relationship and if they have never used eBay before. And for them to know they will be mailed a 1099k if you plan to go over $600 in sales. But if you’re selling in their name without that person knowledge it’s illegal and will mess up their taxes.

No they have complete knowledge. Would it be better If we started a business like an LLO C in their name because I'm gonna be selling on this full time and there's gonna be a lot more than $600 going through it

I really don’t know too much about LLCs. Wait until someone else reply to the thread with more knowledge

first you should read the stealth guide so you know more basic foundation.

and yes you can turn the ACC into a business account. regardless you'll have to pay taxes.
