How private is a Wyoming LLC?
 

Guys with Amazon showing business info and maybe ebay will too some day, I'm wondering about getting a relatively private LLC such as Wyoming.

I wanted to ask someone who may know on here, if you get a registered agent, and their mailing address how private would the Wyoming LLC be? I was told by an attorney that annual report records still show my name but is that really easy to find say if I have nosy ass friends who snoop on me all the time. Will the average snoop not be able to find an annual report record in my name on a Wyoming LLC
Or is it a must to have an attorney file as nominee for that annual report?

If you want private, you need a trust and find a trustee. Nothing else is private.

So as far as private goes, I just mean non searchable with a google search. Not necessarily using advanced tools etc.

Seems like a lot of work to avoid "nosy friends"
