Payouts on hold, no valid payment method
 

I'm setting up a UK ebay account with MP. The ID and bank have been updated successfully (so far).

When I try to list an item for sale I get a pop up that says,

"Your payouts will be on hold because you don't have a valid payment method on file for selling costs. Please add a payment method to start getting paid. "
Then theres a link to add a credit/debit card.

I would like to add an anonymous card like the ones for sale in the services section here. Is that possible? The card details ask for name and address..

Just add a debit card to your account I got this message twice solved it by adding a debit card

There’s plenty of virtual cards you can get

Yes, just talk to the VCC seller about this and he/she will set you up correctly

this happens when mp can't debit back the deposits they sent to your account for verification

That makes sense as my micro deposits still sitting in the bank account! I'll contact some VCC sellers here.

when adding the card, is it ok to add the name and address registered on the ebay account or a name/address associated with the vcc.

Nearly all the cards available in the marketplace are non-AVS. That means you don't need to worry about names or addresses. Those cards will add to accounts in any name / address to set up ebay payment method.
