is it possible to use Multiple ebay accounts from one PC with VPS ? How not to get banned? Someone have guide ?

First step would be different user accounts on the pc - one per account

For multiple accounts all you have to do is have a user on windows for each account

Yes I do it. Just create separate user accounts on your Windows PC.

I just use portable browsers. Change IP between login's. nothing else.
