How do you guys are able to sell digital items on eBay?
my account get suspended after 24 hours.

Digital items are risky in general - should not really be the initial listings on a fresh account

you need to build selling history with physical items and sell digital items later down the line as part of your inventory. if you sell digital only the probability of suspension runs towards 100%

Best way is to build some history with the account selling real items, but even after that there's always a higher risk because of the digital item thing.
