What's the best way to contact ebay trust and safety dept through email only and actually get a response. Their support keeps on getting worse, any direct link ?

I can confirm. They're not even hiding the Indian names from the translated English anymore if you get an answer from EU support. Seems like the customer support is mostly outsourced.

Outsourcing is so normal with the current times unfortunately.

I know it's a good business decision but sad to see the quality drop from good to mediocre/borderline bad. I wrote them many messages because I run a legitimate business and needed VERO verification but they blocked me because of links to old banned accounts. They just reply the same translated template message over and over again with different Indian names. Same with amazon.
