MC011, listings still active

One of my newer accounts just got slapped with MC011 yet the listing is still up. Is this a new thing for eBay? Or just a glitch. Curious to see if there's been some policy shift recently

prob for selling too fast on a new account. it happens often with me as im very impatient, usually they just ask for tracking. items themselves are not risky

It's not glitch it's normal, seems like your account is solid, they want you to provide information they requested in the email if you don't they will also remove your listing,
