Counterfeit item policy

Hi,

Do creative docs can help in stopping getting a ebay counterfeit item suspension?
I mean it is just a BOT which I assume that if you proof ebay that you’re selling authentic item they will unflag your account from that BOT - is this correct?
Can anybody suggest creative documents service?

It can but a lot depends on the item being sold as well. Which category are you deadling with?

it could also be VERO,some are not Ebay staff but volunteers or the manufacturer,who can easily verify your CREATIVE DOCUMENT

Counterfeit items (I think) are user reported. VeRO is much more serious and is actually the rights owner or a representative of which who is making the report. Either way, don't relist whatever it is you're selling.
