why not write and sell a new e book. Guide to stealth MP. I bet you could easily sell a bunch of copies, There needs to be a new booklet on MP stealth accounts

MP Stealth is pretty much impossible without a business. With this new $600 reporting to the IRS. eBay will know exactly who the person is

Not a secret, just much more complicated. I’ve read on the forum that a updated one for MP is in the works

There really isnt any big stealth secret anymore.

Only real information works with Managed Payments, at least that's the case on all the platforms using Adyen. It'll certainly be interesting to see how that's conveyed if there is any update to the "stealth" book.

I`m not sure there needs to be a new manual just a new image or definition "Stealth" I said a few months back. Running multiple accounts is probably easier and more predictable now then its been at anytime in the last 3 to 5 years. A new stealth manual for MP would be about 3 pages including the cover.

If you have been suspended with Managed Payments. The only way to go stealth is to sell under a business or friends / family.

What about if we open one in a foreign country and then sell in USA marketplace ?

you can get an asian account and link a payoneer. yes you can sell also in the ebay.com usa marketplace using that account.

Ok eBay allows you to put that your inventory location is in USA warehouse even if you’re account is foreign

So customers won’t really know the difference. Why doesn’t this solve everyone’s issue?

yes, it's in the settings (location of the item) when you try to list an item.
and ebay allows that, yes.

May be one or two loopholes around it still.

But you need real details now. So the best option is asking a friend or family member to join your business and use their details.

You can't go through hundreds of accounts anymore, but yes you can get back to selling.
