ebay 1099k

I have a question does ebay 1099 on my grand total sales or do they 1099 on what they pay in my bank account?
As of now Total sale is $2,951.02 <<<< out of that i only get $2,033.05 paid to me.

Total sales including shipping.
if there is refund,chargeback,slaes tax,you have to subtract it your self .when you do your tax return
