eBay account successfully restored after MC011
 

Hey, so my account after got successfully restored after getting a MC011. They wanted me to send a lot of docs: id, invoice for the sold items, bank statement, utility bill, a proof that I've actually paid for the invoice - have sent it all and the account got restored. My question is - is the account way more stable/stronger after that? Or actually getting it restored increases a chance to get another limitation? Thanks!

as long as you maintain good seller performance, you're good for now

I’ve heard account is more stronger but I would still take the precaution to gradually increase sales can’t go wrong doing that

From my experience it's the opposite and a second MC011 is on the way.

It's stronger but never 100% free from another round of suspensions unfortunately

I’ve seen a few people complain about a second MC011. I really think it all depends on the items you’re selling and your selling record.

easy answer.

if there was a problem with the account (⊗⊗⊗⊗ disputes, no tracking, etc.) then the account has a ding to it.
if it was just a general "we need to verify you" limit, then it's stronger

My accounts have always seemed stronger after that. So you'll be fine.

if you abuse it after the 1 st then yes you'll get a 2nd one ... so you still gotta be careful

How many documents did you have to supply?

eBay support is next to worthless when having the MC011 issue. Literally got a different response every time I talked to someone. I had like 50+ documents to submit and they link me a part of eBay were you can only upload like 10 documents at a time. Complete **** show. No wonder Amazon surpassed them overnight and WalMart will surpass them within 3-5 years. Most dysfunctional marketplace I've dealt with

Can you share please if you were dropshipping from any retailer? And also may ask where did you buy your invoices?
