My State requires me to get sellers permit even for Ebay that remits taxes
 

Now that I have multiple LLC's for my ebay accounts how do I go about getting a sales tax permit in my state. My state is one of the ones that says even if a marketplace remits sales tax for us we still have to register. The problem is when I go to register for a sales tax permit it only allows me to enter one LLC or one sole proprietor. It costs money for the permit in my state. Do I have to buy multiple permits now?

Sorry I'm new with this. Anyone come from a State that forces you to get a sales tax permit even when a marketplace remits the tax?

Safest thing to do would be to contact a CPA and ask for their advice.

I'm guessing it cost somewhere around $300 for your state?

if you are a retailer,they expect you to do more than just Ebay sales,you still have to file at the end of the year.

Ok do you have experience with having multiple LLC's for ebay or amazon, if so do you only get one sales tax permit or get one for each LLC? When I go to fill out the sales tax permit registration for my state it only allows either one sole proprietor or one LLC
