Feedback score affecting sales?

Two eBay accounts:

1st one with 99,7% feedback score

2nd one with 95%

Can both accounts sell as good or will the 1st one be favored in search? Detailed seller ratings are the same at 4,9 points out of 5, no defects on both accounts.

I have seen accounts at 89-91% and still sell a ton.

It's about tweaking price, looks, desirable items etc

Yes, but will both accounts (one with 99% - other with 95%) have the same placement in search if all other metrics are the same?

I don't feel any difference across all accounts as i use the same % of the ads.
