Getting a user's registered info
 

I tried doing a search because I thought that I had seen this covered here before, but with no luck.
I need to get a winning bidder's registered info. I put something up for a friend and he is freaking out and calling me every half hour that the winner hasn't contacted him (I emailed the winner right after the auction closed with a number to contact the seller at) even though it has only been about 16 hours since the thing ended.

Short of making an inquiry to EB, is there somewhere I can go to get a winner's info?

Seems to me that someone posted that that info is available after the auction has ended.

no disrespect or anything but if your selling on Ebay shouldn't you know how to do that??



But anyway here is the link. All you had to do is click on advanced search then look in bottom left corner

None taken. I've never had a problem collecting, well once in about 200 transactions so far. This auction didn't even end 24 hours ago and the guy I listed it for acts like he is going to get stiffed.
Whenever I've had a problem, reporting them as a non-paying bidder works wonders :) I just can't do that less than one day after the auction ends when it says payment required within 3 days.

EDITOkay CH as if you didn't make me feel silly enough, I went back and checked "my messages" and there was one in there from the guy where he left 2 phone #'s to get questions answered...DOH
