Default eBay built in Firefox extension??

Has anyone here noticed that firefox has a built in ebay extension enabled by default? I was going through CCleaner and noticed this. Would this extension cause any problems with linking?

Would cause issues if you use multiple accounts on the same browser, user profile I would think

This extension should not be present on new user accounts/virtual boxes you create. So its all good
