Best item to sell to warm up stealth account?
 

Hi guys

I tried to warm up my stealth account by selling cheap used books and I got suspended. Not sure what I did wrong.

Is there a better item than this to sell to warm up a new stealth account?

Go to a boot sale buy some cheap junk, and that makes it appear like you are clearing your garage out and not selling professionally, once a few sales and feedbacks in after 90 days start putting your main stock items.

You did nothing wrong most likely. It is what ebay does much of the time these days. Usually very easy to fix. I find it is better to get it right off instead of later.

It's the usual first suspension, just call in/or open chat and verify with them and you should be good to go

Ebay is very tricky with starting accounts, you can’t sell too cheap because you will look like a feedback farmer, and you can’t sell name brand expensive products because they don’t trust you yet.

I would definitely contact support to inquire about why you got suspended as you were just selling used books. Perhaps you got linked?

Used books are not high risk, unsure why the suspension was placed.
If it's a temp suspension, it is easy to lift, however if it's permanent, then all you can do is appeal it, however that is long winded.

Did you stop any linking from previous accounts?

His problem is he's buying bad accounts from some shady-ass seller that doesn't know what he's doing.

If he isn’t getting the cookies and a dedicated ip attached to the account then he will always get suspended

Hi I spoke to ebay they asked me questions about what I sell then gave me a permanent ban thanks anyway tho.

It was an aspkin approved long standing seller on here I won't name them tho.

It is most likely the account is somehow flagged by the eBay bots, or you accessed from a new machine without any history and tried to sell right away.

I would advice buying from a supplier who can provide you with the original Firefox Portable folder used for making and maintaining the eBay account.
You can migrate that Folder to a new machine and you keep all the original cookies and original eBay information.

The item listed is not the only thing, i have new seller accounts that i can list PC Monitors and PC stuff on them, so i do not believe 100% in the risky item theory (as long as you dont try selling Rolex watches on a new account )

Just sell some new scotch tape about 50% cheaper than other sellers, and get real photos of the product brand new. Could be a pencil, markers, etc.
