paxumbank for USA stealth for Non USA stealthers

Hi all

I'm trying to figure out if as a UK Citizen I can successfully operate an Ebay USA stealth account on MP.

I found paxumbank.com which will give me a USA bank account but only supports ACH payments not SWIFT payments. Do you think it will work and does ebay USA send my ACH.
