I sell on ebay Germany as a professional seller, I do dropshipping from 3 years ago.
The matter is that ebay don't want to increase my limits anymore so they say I do dropshipping and I must have the items in my posession, the ebay's last answer before my request of increasing is this: I understand that you need more sales limit so that you can grow your eBay business.
*
I reviewed your account and listings and I can see that the location of your item is Koln, Germany. I ask that you list items that are physically in your possession, as sellers cannot list an item that is not in their possession. This creates multiple bad shopping experiences.
*
As of now, the system does not allow me to increase your sales limit as dropshipping is against our policies. I really apologise for the inconvenience.
*
I can see that you have 2164 items listed on the site, of which 2081 (multiple quantity) are still active on eBay. I suggest that you have these items in your possession before submitting them. Also, please change the trade model as indicated above so that we can take further action on your account. Once you change it, you will be eligible for increased selling limits.
My question here is how could I do in order to they increase my limits again?
Do you recommend me to create a contract with a non existing german supplier? what would you do?
Thanks in advance! |
| Roy3805 | 05-05-2022 06:35 AM | Re: Ebay denies increasing my limits account All I can suggest is create more accounts so that you can meet your limit needs.. scaling across multiple accounts makes things run much smoother. And plus they already know that you are drop shipping so that account will likely be restricted or suspended soon |

You can try to wing it though via a contact but eBay are fairly used to people trying that
Another method is just to get another account or even a few other accounts to get selling on |
Re: Ebay denies increasing my limits account Welcome to the forum OP - all the best as you master stealth :thumb:
Roy and James have given you good advice to work with :) |

another option is to replace some listings which do not sell well with new products |

| pepperyelp | 05-10-2022 07:08 PM | Re: Ebay denies increasing my limits account You recommend him to open parallel accounts, this is good advice in general but in his specific case, as a seller in Germany, it is not a good solution.
An account on eBay Germany must have a VAT number and be verified with the VAT documents.
It is not easy to create another such account.
You may want to contact a service provider who can, through an internal eBay contact, raise your restrictions.
In addition, as an eBay Germany merchant, if you wish, I will send you a private message linking to join the WhatsApp group of eBay Germany merchants that I have been managing for about 3 years. |

In my case, I'm from Spain and here if you have an ebay account with relatives name (sister, friend...) you can't pay taxes for them, they have to pay taxes themselves. I thought about creating new stealth accounts but I dont have the way to do it because of that reason.
When you say "service provider" do you mean to look for a lawyer to talk to ebay?
I sent you a message |
