eBay stole my money
Hi, have been off eBay for months,i got 3 eBay stealth account suspended last year(Sep. / Oct. / Dec.), approximate 7K on hold,okay,the truth was i sold risky items
yes, i've chatted with eBay rep several times,each time i got a same story"Due to not being able to verify the information(Bank statement) that was provided, any funds not already paid out will be retained by eBay as required by law."
any chance i could get the funds back?if I dont solve this im going to be in a bad financial situ(7k damn:s)
any advices? much appreciated |

Funds are toastttt especially if they couldn’t verify the bank statement. I’m not sure how the UK works with unclaimed funds but this is why it’s so important to get your bank verified quickly after selling a item. |

I am surprised Ebay let you sell 7K worth and not ask to see invoices>
Nike and Addidas have their own VERO reps on Ebay,they can remove your listings without Ebay.permission. |

I'm going through the same thing I was selling on eBay for 3 months they verified everything they sent $100s through to my account with no issues I did the micro deposit when I first started that's why they let me sent my payouts then I sold a $1600 diamond I had 100% great feedback and above standard rating so the next day after sale they suspended my account and wanted proof of my delivery so I gave them that then they wanted my I'd and a bill from my house with my name on it so I did that then they say there sending my money to the state as unclaimed after saying my funds would be released within 72days max and now they said they can't send my money because they can't verify my bank how is that y'all did that from the beginning it's the same bank I used for the 12 other payouts and same I use for my job directly deposits |

| Sorry to break it to you but your funds are gone forever. If your in this situation next time change details to your own details and use an address on your credit report and send your passport in. If account gets suspended at least you get your funds back. |
