MC011 with a stealth account suspension
 

Hello all, i have had a perfect 3 year old stealth selling account doing about 20k per month, alas i had one day where my sales just spiked and immediately after they put me under a performance review followed by an MC011. I have two questions, i scoured the forum first before posting this but couldn't find the answers.

1st) I uploaded all my tracking numbers and all is delivered, all good, i have a top rated seller account with everything in perfect order, only 2 cases closed in my favor in the last 3 years no other cases. they want me now to submit, proof of identity, utility bill and supplier invoices. The utility bill and supplier invoice is no issue at all, i have them. The id is a problem, my question is can i give them a screenshot of my electronic driver license which i can obviously edit to match the stealth info? i am not that good at photoshop to do a screenshot of my real id and edit, anyone have an idea on something that i can submit to them that would work with stealth info?

2nd) they are holding about 4k until i submit all this, lets say they deny my appeal, any chance i get that money back and if so then for how long? i have a real bank account connected to ebay. thanks so much!

Editing it yourself with no photoshop experience is risky

just change the account to your real details and send in all docs

stealth docs are not likely to pass

ebay don't care anymore , suspended details before MP are now allowed again on MP , your details would be blacklisted if suspended on MP for a policy violation

So good news! roy3805 helped me with the ID and I was able to get my MC011 removed and my account restored with even larger limits monthly. It is possible to get reinstated from the MC011 with stealth if it’s done right, I used a utility bill, invoice from my website showing I bought from myself at a wholesale rate and the id that Roy3805 made for me.

Yes exact same name of product on eBay and invoice, I actually only sent one invoice with like 17 products, then at the bottom of the invoice I put wholesale discount 25% off and deducted that amount to show I was buying wholesale. Keep in mind the invoice I made I picked a local to me company that had a real address and real website so it was easy to confirm, that company is my direct competitor selling the same stuff I do. No UPC or sku either. At the end of the invoice I put for payment wire transfer.

I just wrote : wire transfer

In the area for the form of payment in the invoice, they didn’t ask to see a wire transfer receipt luckily. The bill I made was like 12k

They no longer have your details so you're OK to open a fresh account in your name in addition to your stealth account.
Just be sure to keep things separate and nuture your new account.
