eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Ebay business account EIN question

Is LLC the only choice? how about inc or sole proprietor where I can just give EIN and the last 4 digit of social?
Also should I create the account as business account to start with or personal and convert it later?

As a non USA citizen your only option as far as I am aware is a C-corp.

Any entity. Trusts, partnerships, corps, holding companies, etc. All will work. That choice is about liability and taxes.

to form a LLC in my state is expensive so I d rather go with Inc or sole proprietorship
Just to make sure. My personal info is banned, to go as business(new address etc just same 4 last ssn). no matter what type of the above would avoid linking to myself right?

Any standard US bank would work - all new info for a business account should work to form unlinked account
