eBay app question.

If you sign out of your eBay account (On the App) and then connect to a Wifi say in an airport or something, will that new IP address matter at all for your eBay account?

In other words, does the eBay App record what IP addresses it connects to in the background all the time even when no account is logged in?

It shouldn't but I only use the phone for buying so selling is on a normal laptop since I"m paranoid

No, it will not record the IP. Even if it did I doubt it would matter, it's highly unlikely that it is blacklisted.
