Rapidly changing mobile ip address ok or suspicous?

Hi all I just signed up for a service that gives UK 4G Mobile proxies. Not cheap either at over $100 per month.

I can set the city and carrier to always be the same. The only issue I've found is that IP address changes quickly sometimes every 20-30 seconds or so.

Is this a problem for ebay? Would they see it as unusual or bad? I know mobile ip addresses change a lot but every 20-30 seconds seems a bit much?

As long as the IPs are coming from the same ISP provider you’re good.

I can lock the service onto 1 provider so it doesn't switch to others.

We manage accounts based on this principle as well.

Yessir, constantly changing IPs are small to no risk, but when you constantly changing ISPs is a big risk especially if you’re cleaning cookies.

Does this mean I could manage multiple eBay accounts with only one SIM card with mobile data? I just switch to a different IP address everytime I log into an account? And it won't matter for each account when I log in with a different IP everytime?

It should be ok. It's the ISP that usually matters. but every 30 seconds that seems a little extreme... so keep an eye out
